I have chosen to balance my workload, so I can flex and work up to 12 hours a day, seven days a week. During the day, I may be pre-occupied and focused, on other issues, but I believe in getting back to people, who leave a message, by 5 pm, the next business day and even sooner, if the matter is urgent.
